The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
How to Enter
1. Contests requiring entry forms:
(a) No purchase is necessary to enter.
(b) To enter, visit www.KellyClarkson.com , click on the Flip Video Camera banner and follow instructions to enter. Only one entry per person. All duplicate entries will be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced or completed entries will be accepted.
(c) The contest starts on November 2, 2009, and all entries must be received by www.KellyClarkson.com by 12:00 p.m. CST on January 31, 2010.
(d) One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from among valid entries on or around January 31, 2010. One (1) winner will be selected from the fan club member "best banner placement" entries.
The Prize(s)
1. One winner will be selected. The winner will receive the following prize:

2. Winner(s) will be notified by email and posted on www.KellyClarkson.com.
3. If winner cannot be notified within 5 business days, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.
4. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes except at the sole discretion of KellyClarkson.com and Kelly Clarkson. KellyClarkson.com and Kelly Clarkson have the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.
