Fan Club FAQs

  1. How can I meet Kelly?
    Each Fan Club member will be eligible for (1) one Meet & Greet pass per year at a Kelly Clarkson concert appearance. In order to obtain your meet and greet pass, you must fill out the online form at the time designated on the TOUR page. A link to the reservation form will be visible next to each date open for Meet & Greet requests. 10 people that apply for each show will be randomly selected to meet Kelly. This policy ensures that all members will have at least 24 hours to apply for a pass. Please be aware that Meet and Greet passes may not be available at every show, and that venue restrictions may apply. Once your request form has been received, you will receive a confirmation via email within 24 hours of reservations closing.
  2. I am trying to sign up my son/daughter/spouse, but he/she doesn't have his/her own email address. What can I do?
    The system will not allow more than one member to share the same email address, but you may obtain a free one usually through your own ISP, or through a service like Gmail.com.
  3. How do I renew my membership?
    If you click on My Account in the upper-left corner while you are logged into the site, there will be a renewal link. You may also renew your membership by CLICKING HERE.
  4. I would like to give a fan club membership as a gift. How do I do that?
    This functionality is currently disabled while we work on a better way to let you give memberships as gifts.
  5. Why have I not received my membership card?
    As this club is completely online, we do not mail out membership cards. All the special features of the club, including exclusive behind-the-scenes video, photos, chat room, members-only message boards, interviews/chats with the band, meet & greet forms and VIP ticket forms, all are available here on the website. Meet & Greet passes are picked up the day of the show at the specific venue.
  6. How can I find out when I first signed up for the Fan Club?
    Once you're logged-in to KellyClarkson.com, your expiration date will display in your profile.
  7. I have a question that is not answered here. What should I do?
    Please note that with rare exception, we do not respond to basic questions sent via email if the answer can be found here in the FAQ section. If your question is not answered in the FAQs, you may e-mail Support@KellyClarkson.com for an answer. If you have a question that needs immediate assistance and/or it's a weekend or holiday, head over to the message board, where many experienced community members are willing and able to answer any questions you may have.
  8. I have a new email address. How can I change my information?
    You may change all your information, including your email address, by clicking on "My Account" in the upper-left corner while you are logged into the site.
  9. Why am I not receiving email from the Fan Club?
    Please make sure your email address is typed correctly on every form you fill out. If you notice that your email address is incorrect, please change it by clicking on "My Account" in the upper-left corner when you are logged in. Also, please be sure to check your Junk Mail folder daily if you have one. Certain Internet Service Providers have very strong filters, making it difficult for some of you to receive our emails. It is also very helpful if you put add noreply@kellyclarkson.com into your address book so your ISP will recognize them as safe.

General FAQs

  1. Can children under the age of 13 join the fan club?
    Absoultely! Kids can join the Fan Club and enjoy all the same benefits that older members do. PLEASE NOTE, however, that we are unable to legally e-mail members under the age of 13. Since the majority of communication from the Fan Club is done via e-mail, we recommend that a parent/guardian use their e-mail address and birthdate to ensure that communications are recieved and previewed by an adult. Your child will still be eligible for Meet & Greet and ticketing opportunites so long as the membership is in their name.
  2. Will you send me an autographed photo?
    Unfortunately, due to the high volume of requests we receive, the fan club is unable to fulfill special requests such as autographed photos. We're sorry that can't make it happen. We encourage you to join the fan club and take advantage of the meet and greet opportunities to meet Kelly, as every meet and greet recipient gets an autographed photo.
  3. I have a question that is not answered in any of the FAQ sections. What should I do?
    Please note that with rare exception, we do not respond to basic questions sent via email if the answer can be found here in the FAQ section. If you have a question that is not answered here, you can email us at Support@KellyClarkson.com
  4. How can I meet Kelly?

    Each Fan Club member will be eligible for (1) one Meet & Greet pass per year at a Kelly Clarkson concert appearance. In order to obtain your Meet and Greet pass, you must fill out the online form by clicking the "Meet and Greet" button on the TOUR page. A link to the submission form will be visible next to each date open for meet & greet requests.

    We randomly draw 10 people that apply for each show. This policy ensures that all members will have at least 24 hours to apply for a pass. Please be aware that Meet and Greet passes may not be available at every show, and that venue restrictions may apply. Once your request form has been received, you will receive a confirmation via email within 3 business days.

  5. How do I send fan mail to Kelly?
    You may email all fan letters to Support@KellyClarkson.com with the subject "Fan Club Letter". We will compile the letters and send them to Kelly so she can read them. If you have an item you would like to give her, you may bring it to a Meet & Greet or send it to: Kelly Clarkson Fan Mail P.O Box 309 Hickory, NC 28603.

Meet and Greet FAQs

  1. What is the Meet and Greet Policy?
    Meet & Greet requests must be made by logging in to KellyClarkson.com. Once the Meet & Greet is open, you will click on the icon that appears next to the show you wish to attend. You will review the rules & regulations and then click the "Request a Meet & Greet" button. DO NOT CLICK unless you are sure you can attend this Meet & Greet. One click submits your request. If you request a Meet & Greet for the wrong show, there is no guarantee that your Meet & Greet will be credited back to your account, however, you may manage your meet and greet requests by logging in and clicking "My Account." Meet & Greets are non-transferrable.
  2. What is the meet and greet policy for children?
    Children 12 and under will be allowed to bring one (1) adult with them to a meet and greet. If an adult wins a meet and greet pass, he/she may bring one (1) child 12 or under with him/her if no other adult is available to supervise during the meet and greet.
  3. I won a meet and greet. How do I get my pass?
    Instructions on how to obtain your meet and greet pass will be emailed to you in your confirmation email. Typically, you will claim your pass at the box office/will call window the night of the show.
  4. I want to request a Meet & Greet, but the date I want is not on the list. Why?
    If the date you are looking for does not appear on the tour page, the submission period either has not begun or has expired . Always check the TOUR page for availability
  5. Can I bring someone with me to the Meet and Greet?
    Each Fan Club member is allowed one (1) Meet & Greet per year. If you would like a friend/parent/spouse to attend the Meet & Greet with you, he or she will have to have his/her own Fan Club membership and will have to enter the Meet & Greet drawing separately.
  6. Can I purchase multiple memberships to get more Meet & Greets?
    We're sorry, but we must uphold the policy of one Meet & Greet per person, per the one-year period of your membership.

Presale Ticketing FAQs

  1. Are VIP Tickets Transferable?
    No. They are not transferable.
  2. How much are the tickets?
    Presale Tickets purchased through an independent ticket vendor using a code provided by the Fan Club are priced by each venue and therefore will vary. Some venues may impose service charges in addition to the face value, and these charges will also vary from venue to venue. Please see the venue website for more details. VIP Tickets purchased directly through the Fan Club are priced to include the face value of the ticket as designated by the venue, any facility fee imposed by the venue, and a minimal service fee for processing.
  3. How do I find out if Pre-Sale Tickets are available for a certain show?
    Please visit the TOUR page for ticket availability. If tickets are available for your desired show, information will be posted along with the show date.
  4. Why are there links to purchase Presale and/or VIP Tickets next to some shows, but not others?
    If the link to purchase Presale tickets does not appear next to the show you're looking for on the TOUR page, it is probably because we are not able to offer Presale tickets for that show. Most fair, festival and casino shows do not have Presale or VIP ticket availability. The availability of Presale tickets varies depending on the circumstances surrounding each specific show.
  5. How do I know when the tickets go on sale to the public?
    The on-sale dates that are confirmed should be posted in the TOUR section of KellyClarkson.com. If the on-sale date does not appear, it is possible that we do not know it yet or we are not able to offer Presale for that show and you should contact the venue directly to purchase tickets. We will also email subscribers to let them know of specific presale dates in their area. Be sure you are signed up to the email list to receive our emails.
  6. Are Meet and Greet passes included with Presale and VIP tickets?
    No. If you have not already used your Meet & Greet for the one year period of your membership, you are welcome to apply for one. Please note: to request a meet and greet please go to the Tour page.
  7. Are there VIP Tickets available for members in wheelchairs?
    We're very sorry, but since these tickets are usually close to the stage, we probably will not be able to accommodate those in wheelchairs. We are looking into solutions to this problem though, and hope to offer something in the future. Please contact the venue directly for information on their wheelchair accessible seating.
